"Chinese basketball chiefs slap Shanghai and Jiangsu teams with 5 million yuan fines, ban officials in match-fixing probe"

Two Chinese Basketball Association teams have been fined and kicked out of the playoffs for allegedly fixing games.  The Dragons were one of the teams in question who had some incredibly questionable turnovers at the end of their playoff game.  The other team, the Sharks, has been accused of "giving up" late it games.
