This episode of Be Better Bettors was released in March 2022, but I recently stumbled upon it again. Spanky interviews Haralabos Voulgaris, a famous ex-pro bettor who went on to work in the front office for the Dallas Mavs. They discuss Bob's start in sports betting and how it grew to an international operation bringing in millions. Bob's story always fascinated me ever since I read the ESPN feature on him back in 2013.

This Tweet from @Hitman428 shows the reality of legal sports betting. He explains how his FanDuel balance is in the mid-five figures and FanDuel refuses to send him his funds. He's been attempting to get ahold of someone for 3 months with no luck. Ironically, the offshore sportsbooks are more reliable than the legal ones.
3 months, @FDSportsbook holding mid five figure balance (some people it’s six figs) with no reason given for suspension. No phone number to contact, fortunate to get an update every few weeks.
